Winter Reverie

As dull as my life seems at times, I find as I look through pictures from the last year or so, that I've been on A LOT of adventures. So here we a go, a sample of my life from 2009 (we'll do it in installments to make it a little more palatable):

January 09-
I spent the new year with my soon-to-be-sister-in-law, Jenny. We went to a casino near her home town to bring in the new year and got to ride home in the back of a cop car. What a good start! I then continued on to visit cousin Danica in Portland, where I kept her company on the sidelines (with her torn ACL) of her basketball game and introduced her to pelmini.

On to Boise, where I'd spend nearly a week with Brianna, one of this year's roomies. We had fun singing Fernando to her Yorkie and taking pictures at the zoo... and other places.

When everybody got back to Fairbanks for the semester, we had a January birthday party for Brianna, Kirsten and I. We made pizzas for ourselves and had people over for cake and ice cream. It was fun celebrating with other birthday people.
